Tuesday Terrific (like the Turkey Terrific sandwich, but in day version)

A great day in the Jabborhood today! We awoke to the sounds of birds chirping and we knew it was going to be a totally terrific Tuesday. We fueled up for the day with some delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, and extra special cinnamon sugar donut muffins. Then it was time to jump into action! We kicked off the excitement with jabberday live — jamming out to our favorite songs and chatting with friends. The question of the day was, would you rather have breakfast foods for the rest of your life, lunch foods for the rest of your life, or dinner foods for the rest of your life? What would you choose?

Then we broke out into some fabulous classes. The classes today included ceramics, archery, rock and shell painting, and beauty salon. People showed up to lunch with fabulous braids, sparkles, and stars in their hair! Lunch today we “gobbled till we wobbled” with some turkey terrific leftover sandwiches. We then headed for a little rest in our cabins to fuel up for a fun afternoon at the beach. It was a slightly later afternoon at the beach so we enjoyed some cooler temperatures and sunny weather. Adventurous swimmers took a dip in the crystal blue ocean, while other friends enjoyed games and snacks on the beach. We came home to the most fantastic cook-in feast – hamburgers, hotdog, cheeseburgers, sausages, Patty’s famous potato salad, pasta salad, and topped all off with deviled eggs. And it got even better with a s’more! The best first week of the session send off dinner we could imagine. Post din, we had some cabin bonding and cozy time before tucking ourselves into bed and having sweet dreams. See you tomorrow!
