Switchova Day Baby!

This day was filled with so many friends and though we had to say see ya later to our Week 1 friends, we also got to say heyyya, long time no see to our Week 2 friends! We went over on the ferry with friends to spend as much time as possible together before heading back with week 2 peeps and enjoyed catching up after a year apart. When we got into Vineyard Haven, we practiced for the parade by parading up to camp and letting the whole town know we're here. Then we had some delish nacho lunch before going to settle in in our cabins. After our beds were made, bags unpacked, and bathrooms properly stocked, most of us wandered into town to continue to let the people know that we're here. It's always good to keep spreading the Jabb love through town. Some of us opted for a little rest and hang at camp, which was also fantastic on this hot June day.
Then we regathered to load up for Featherstone! Featherstone Center for the Arts is a community arts center and today was their first Musical Monday of the summer! We got there early to get the best spot on the house and then got to enjoy some delish Rocco's pizza and yummy salad. Dessert was cookies and they were also very yummy. That feels like a classic sleepover meal, you know? And we have a sleepover here every night, so it was a great way to start off the week.
After digesting for a beat, or half a beat if your name is Steph, we got up and danced the night away! Truly music start to music finish, we were UP. Busting a move doesn't even do it justice. It was so much fun and the music was on point.
Once the music came to a close, we headed out and went back to camp for bed. First night of Week 2 and we're all cozy and ready for sleep. We'll be back here tomorrow, see you then.
Love,
Camp
