Sunny Saturday for all! We started our day bright and early and hopped right on the bus and vans because today was RACE DAY!!! The Race for Jabberwocky is our fave 5k around and we love seeing all the friends of Jabberwocky who come out to join and support us. When we got to the Farm Institute for the race, we had a yummy brekki sandwich breakfast awaiting us, so we fueled up. Then it was time for the fun run when we cheered on our friends and stretched out. After the fun run it was 5k time! Some of us ran, some of us walked, some of us rolled, and some of us cheered on our friends! Needless to say, it was a day filled with friendship and sweaty hugs.

After the race we made a pitstop at our favorite beach to add our salty sweat to the salty water and cool off. It was a blast and somehow we still had tons of energy! Then when we were in need of some lunch, we went back to camp to eat and then rest. Nothing like a lunch to remind you that you woke up at 6:30am on a Saturday. After rest we had class time, which were making postcards, creating pipe cleaner flowers, crabbing, drumming, and watching Theater Camp. We also got to hang with one of our favorite Georgie baby!!

Then it was time for dinner, so we gathered in the main cabin for chili dinner, like no place else (that's the Chili's slogan, but also kinda works for us), cornbread, and rice crispy treats for dessert. Because we were gone for a while in the morning, we kept it chill post chili and gathered by the fire for group game night! Tonight's game was wavelength and we played maaaaaaany rounds of it. Now we're all off to bed and hope you are too. Sweet Saturday dreams.
