Just Another Magnificent Monday

Oh wow Monday we see you! This morning we said see you later to some friends who were here for the first week of the session and said "heeeeyyyy!" to some dear friends joining us for the second week. While we were awaiting our friends, we took a trip to the flying horses in OB. And fly we did! Then we came back to have a yummy lunch with friends and rest. After rest, some of us went to a classically lovely day at State Beach, while the rest of us took a different route and ended up at Long Point to do some pleasant kayaking. We love a water sport just as much as the next person!

Then we all made our way back to camp for a delish chili din (on a semi chilly night no less!) and some yummy cake pops for dessert made by our resident charcuterie queen Emmy. Wait, cake pops aren't charcuterie! What can't she do? While our bellies were still full, we gathered in the screened in porch for some singalong time before making our way to bed. Now to sleep we go! And so shall you if you please and are reading this at nighttime. But if you're reading this in the morning, we're wishing you a joyful rise out of cozy bed.
