Jack of Hearts

Well hello again Tuesday! We had the most special day and we want to tell you all about it. This morning we had a delish breakfast burrito brekki and then went into Jabberday Live (classic). After that we went to classes, which today were baking cookie bars and art. Then when we were feeling our competitive edge, we got our pinnies on and captured the flag! The flag was in fact captured. Nothing like some healthy competition. Speaking of healthy, after capture the flag it was time for lunch! Tuna melts after running around camp and entering into enemy territory was perfection.

After taking a bit of rest time, it was time for beach! Today was our final drumming on the beach of the season and the first high surge warning of the season. It was also our dear friend Jack's celebration of life. And what a life to celebrate! It was so nice to see so many people who Jack loved so deeply an to share our favorite Jack memories. Camp family, Family family, island family and more were there to celebrate our Jack. Some of us took a dip, lots of us ate burgers and dogs, and all of us basked in the dreamy beach glow. Even the rainbows came out to play!

Then after some classic Jack cookies, we headed back to camp for showers and snuggling into bed. We're ready for sleep and maybe you are too. See you tomorrow!
