Fun and Joyful Wins the Race

RACE DAY RACE DAY!!! We had such a good day, so here goes. We started the morning bright and early with breakfast at 6:30 and then got right into the bus and vans to go to the FARM Institute for the annual Jabberwocky 5K. We cheered on our friends, ran, strolled, walked, and leaped in joy for everyone. What a fun!! After the race, we stayed to congratulate the category winners and then headed back to camp.

Once we made it back, we took showers and then had some yummy chicken salad lunch. After lunch, we were proper tired from our early wakeup, so we went back to cabins for some deep nap time. It felt soooo good. Then we had some chill art and games time before chili dinner! It's warm outside, but chili in our tummies! Get it?

After din it was time for movie night!! Half our crew left camp to head to the drive in for Jaws (very MV coded) and half of us stayed back to help the sheep solve a murder in Sheep Detectives. We won't give it away, but we got to the bottom of it, don't worry.

Now that the movies put us in cozy mode, we're ready for rest. We'll see you tomorrow friends!
